Reasons Eden Prairie Calls Eden Prairie Gutter Installers
- You're Not Getting a Rotating Cast of Subs
- The crew that shows up is our own, trained to the same standard on every job.
- We Size For Your Roof, Not The Average Roof
- Valley-fed sections on a steep, multi-level roofline need bigger capacity than a simple gable. We measure before we quote.
- We Know What Minnesota Winters Do to Gutters
- Freeze-thaw cycles pull hangers loose and split seams. We fabricate and hang for that reality, not just for a dry September install day.
- Free Estimates, No Pressure
- We'll look at the roof, explain what we'd do and why, and let you decide on your own time.

Our crew, on the ladder.
What Eden Prairie Area Homeowners Say
Big Mike understood what we needed right away. His crew came out and installed over 60 feet of new gutter around our porch and came up with a superior drain spout design, better than what was originally planned for! The work was done quickly and efficiently by this experienced crew, and the price was reasonable as quoted. Would call again.
Max Tite
Three crew members came and did a fantastic job. We requested some detailed work, and every request was accepted. They found a way to satisfy us. They did an excellent job! I would definitely hire them again for any gutter work.
Kyoko French
Super easy to work with. The gutters look great and they had lots of good color options. They were very professional – did what they said when they said and the price was in line or lower than others we had quote. We are very happy we went with them.

Built For How Water Actually Moves on Eden Prairie Roofs
A lot of gutter problems here aren’t about the gutter itself. They’re about where the roof sends water in the first place. Eden Prairie has more steep, multi-level rooflines than a flat suburb has any right to, especially in the newer bluff-line neighborhoods to the southwest. Multiple roof planes meeting at a valley concentrate a storm’s worth of water into one narrow section. If that section isn’t sized to handle the surge, it overflows even when the rest of the system is clean and working fine.
On sloped lots with walkout basements, that overflow doesn’t just sit in the yard. It follows the grade downhill toward patio doors and foundation seams, and it comes back after every storm until the drainage is actually fixed. We size and pitch for that, not just for whatever came standard when the house was built.
Winters here add their own math. Freeze-thaw cycles are hard on hangers and seams, and they’re the main reason a gutter that looked fine in October is pulling away from the fascia by March. Custom-formed gutters, fabricated on-site instead of joined from stock lengths, hold up better against that cycle because there are fewer seams for ice to work loose.

Gutter Questions From Eden Prairie Homeowners
Do you only work on houses, or do you handle commercial buildings too?
Both. Most of our work is residential, but we also handle commercial gutters and low-slope drainage for the office and flex buildings around City West Parkway and Golden Triangle.
What affects the cost of a gutter installation?
Roofline length and complexity, gutter size, material (aluminum, galvalume, or copper), the number of downspouts needed, and whether we're also fixing fascia damage underneath the old gutters.
Do you install gutter guards?
Yes. We carry and install Leaf Sentry, Bulldog Gutter Guard, Leaf Blaster, and XTREME systems depending on your tree cover and budget.
How fast can you get out for an estimate?
Request a free estimate through the form and we'll follow up to schedule a time that works, usually within a few business days.
